James leads McKinsey’s Engineering, Construction, & Building Materials Practice in Greater China and is a core leader of the Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure Practice. He is often appointed as an interim CXO on client leadership teams to rapidly extend liquidity runways, boost performance, and assist in the restructuring of their organizations to maximize company valuation.

James has extensive experience working with over 70 organizations across 17 countries, including Greater China, the United States, Canada, the UK, France, Spain, the UAE, South Africa, Botswana, South Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Australia.

He currently resides in China and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
