Advises leading financial institutions on strategies for risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement

About Ida

Ida advises clients on a range of risk-related issues, from operational risk and compliance to capital management and broader enterprise risk-management strategy. She leads our banking-risk work in the Americas as well as our operational risk and compliance work.

Ida has more than ten years of consulting experience in advising clients on risk. In that time, she has helped clients design and implement an enterprise risk-management function, led our work supporting a multiyear Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review program at a top US bank, and worked with clients to redesign their operational risk and compliance functions to meet heightened regulatory expectations.

Before joining McKinsey, Ida was a director at a consultancy specializing in risk management, where she worked on a variety of projects, including scoring models, economic-capital modeling, collection optimization, and limit setting.
