Frédéric is a leader in McKinsey’s Financial Services and Risk Practices and coleads our institutional-investor work in Canada. Since joining the firm, he has worked with clients in a range of industries, with a focus on financial services, providing advice on growth strategy, service, and operations-related issues.
As a coleader of the firm’s collections work in North America, Frédéric supports clients across industries in transforming operations through strategy, digital, and advanced analytics. He also advises a range of financial institutions on strategic initiatives and operational and organizational transformations that target both operational effectiveness and efficiency.
