Fabrizio is a Partner in McKinsey’s Healthcare and Operations Practices, based in London. He collaborates with shareholders, boards, management teams, and investors in the healthcare sector to design and implement value creation agendas. His work spans from strategic blueprints to hands-on execution and performance tracking, with a strong focus on operational improvement and investor-related initiatives. Fabrizio is passionate about helping clients achieve sustainable impact and long-term growth.
Examples of his recent client work include the following:
- leading a multi-year value creation program for a healthcare group, delivering cash release, revenue growth, and enhanced governance across multiple sites
- designing and executing growth and operating road maps for healthcare platforms, including the launch of omnichannel care offerings, scaling to over one million patients, and driving employee engagement
- delivering significant structural cost reduction for a large healthcare group, leading external spend and clinical engagement programs across medical supplies, pharma, and purchased services—with direct engagement of clinicians and operators
- designing and implementing a group-level operating model for a healthcare group, including org design, governance, and decision rights
- supporting private equity investors with commercial and operational due diligence in healthcare and life sciences
- developing multi-year value creation plans for public and private healthcare organizations, including hospital networks and outpatient platforms
Before joining McKinsey, Fabrizio worked at Booz & Company. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MA in international management from CEMS, and an MSc and BA in management from Bocconi University.
