Evagelos is a partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office and leads the firm’s consumer digital & analytics practice in Europe. He works with global consumer packaged goods companies to help them drive digitally enabled growth transformations. He helps leading companies meet the challenge of digital disruption and lean into sales and marketing opportunities.

Some of his recent client work includes the following:

  • Digitizing the sales operations of a global multicategory player by delivering point-of-sales recommendations on what in-store activities drive the highest uplift, resulting ina +8% top-line uplift
  • Designing and delivering a multimarket revenue-growth management transformation across 15 markets for a global multicategory consumer packaged goods company, delivering a three-year impact of more than £800m
  • Designing a digital B2B marketplace platform for a global beverage group enabling them to improve overall profitability through coverage expansion and cost-to-serve reduction

In parallel to his core clients, he actively supports other consumer companies in route-to-market and distributor-management topics with his fragmented-trade expertise across Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia.

In his free time, Evagelos enjoys skiing in the Swiss Alps or spending his summer holidays with his family in Greece, where he comes from.
