Eric specializes in making enterprises more sustainable, drawing on decades of direct experience at the interface between corporate strategy and public policy.

In his advisory work, Eric plays an active role in supporting energy transition. He inspires industry leaders to set bolder sustainability targets and helps them enlarge the scope to include performance improvement. With a stakeholder-focused approach, he looks for realistic and fact-based solutions and engages private and public organizations to take part and support them.

Eric started his career as an energy engineer at Shell and joined McKinsey as a consultant in 1990 before eventually moving on to work in both the private and public sector. He rejoined the firm in 2022.
