Dániel works with institutions across industries to shape their growth strategies. His clients include financial institutions, utilities, telecommunication companies, oil and gas companies, and healthcare companies.

In his work on transformative change, Dániel has been supporting telecommunication companies, financial institutions, and utilities across more than 15 countries in Europe. He focuses on large-scale agile transformations and leads McKinsey’s agile work in Central Europe as well as the Enterprise Agility Center. His work with financial institutions has spanned both operational and organizational aspects, including standardizing practices, advanced analytics, and strategy across growth and risk issues. On strategic issues, Dániel’s experience includes helping clients shape market entry and develop functional and product strategies. In marketing and sales, his work includes supporting commercial-transformation efforts for large financial institutions and a major energy firm.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Dániel was an executive at a fast-growing British manufacturing company based in Hungary and the United Kingdom. He is fluent in English and Hungarian.
