Daniel works with global industrial and manufacturing clients to identify and pursue their full potential across growth, profitability, and people performance. He currently leads our Transformation Practice for advanced industries in North America. He brings more than a decade of experience helping a variety of clients, from small cap to Fortune 50, design and execute large-scale improvement journeys.

Daniel is also a core leader in our Growth Practice, with a track record of helping B2B clients find and deliver above-market growth through opportunity mapping, sales force effectiveness, and capability building.

In addition to his client service, Daniel leads our people mission for McKinsey Transformation in North America, overseeing our people and talent function across recruiting, experience & connectivity, and professional development.

Before joining McKinsey in Sweden in 2013, Daniel cofounded a start-up focused on financial processes for small and medium enterprises. Daniel holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.

In his spare time, Daniel plays pick-up ice hockey on the weekends and enjoys losing a game or two of amateur chess.
