About

Christian is the coleader of McKinsey’s asset and wealth management work in Europe and part of the leadership teams of the firm’s corporate and investment banking sector and the Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice.

Over the years he has built a deep expertise especially in strategy and transformation program development and execution, corporate finance transactions particularly in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), front-office excellence and operational efficiency programs, and technology enablement across the full value chain. In this space he has worked for a large variety of banks across Europe specially in private banking and asset management, corporate banking, and sales and trading.

Christian is also a regular contributor to McKinsey’s publishing in the banking sector, co-authoring several reports every year on aspects of the European and global financial services industry.
