Chhavi is a partner and leader within QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, specializing in enterprise AI architecture, agentic AI implementation, and core technology-platform modernization. With more than 15 years of experience spanning technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and AI-first platform design, Chhavi has led cloud and AI transformations for federal agencies and complex private-sector organizations across multiple industries.
Chhavi’s work sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, designing next-generation infrastructure, composable AI-first architectures, and enterprise platforms, while driving the product- and Agile-based operating models needed to scale them. This dual fluency, translating boardroom strategy into concrete architectural decisions, is a hallmark of Chhavi’s approach.
A distinctive part of Chhavi’s background is a technical foundation in semiconductor engineering and technology product management, spanning infrastructure, platforms, cloud, data, and AI. This “silicon-to-AI” perspective—built at the hardware layer before architecting at the enterprise and AI layer—gives Chhavi a systems-level view that few enterprise architects bring to large-scale transformation work.
Within McKinsey, Chhavi has coled cloud and infrastructure work and now leads McKinsey’s AI operating-system platform, EcliptOS.
