Antoine helps organizations design and deliver bold strategies in environments of increasing uncertainty and disruption. He brings deep expertise in competitive strategy, corporate finance, and business transformation across financial services and retail, advising CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams on their most important strategic decisions.

He has expertise in how AI is reshaping industry economics and the strategic implications for competitive dynamics, strategic advantage, and industry structure.

Antoine is a faculty member across multiple executive development and board leadership programs, where he works with senior leaders on strategy, corporate finance, and navigating disruption.

Before rejoining McKinsey, Antoine held senior executive roles at a leading global retail bank, spanning omnichannel strategy, AI transformation, and product management—giving him firsthand experience of large-scale transformation from the inside.

Antoine holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s from HEC Paris. He is a native speaker of French and English and is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
