Andrew is an expert associate partner in McKinsey’s Singapore office, with experience in venture building. As an entrepreneur he has founded three companies and sold two. Andrew has also started several new ventures for clients globally in industries that include automotive, real estate, consumer goods, retail, and telecommunications.
With his venture-building track record, Andrew leads disciplines across product design, technology, marketing, operations, and commercial strategy to accelerate speed to market and growth and help businesses move beyond the minimum-viable-product stage into product-market fit and scale. During the process, Andrew focuses on building client digital capabilities, with a focus on product, performance marketing, and customer retention to help eliminate risk for new client ventures.
