Albie coleads McKinsey’s work in legal services. He advises law firms on market outlook, growth strategy, operating-model design, and organizational and performance transformation. He helps corporate legal departments with operating-model design, digitization, external firm strategy, and developing new ways of working for expert roles. He also works with legal technology and services providers.
