Albie is a leader in McKinsey’s global Financial Services Practice and our work in professional services. He advises financial institutions, law firms, and other knowledge worker organizations on strategy, digitization, and organizational issues. He has driven organizational-wide transformations on these topics at multiple major institutions.

Albie coleads McKinsey’s work in legal services. He advises law firms on market outlook, growth strategy, operating-model design, and organizational and performance transformation. He helps corporate legal departments with operating-model design, digitization, external firm strategy, and developing new ways of working for expert roles. He also works with legal technology and services providers.
