He coleads the firm’s healthcare AI work, helping payers and providers architect and implement agentic and generative AI strategy and transformations. Aaron focuses on helping clients translate cutting-edge technology innovation into clinical and financial value at scale.

- redesigning the digital and analytics operating model for a large health system, enabling dozens of AI use case builds and new data products, unlocking tens of millions in savings within a year
- architecting data and analytical products across contract optimization, prior authorization, and provider
- leading development of a medical-cost machine-learning and forecasting model that combines claims, news, census, pharma, and geospatial signals at the member level
- building McKinsey’s payer and provider AI use-case library and value-sizing framework, including an agentic AI platform that monitors and integrates all external impact reported
Before joining McKinsey, Aaron was a data scientist at Locus Analytics (now Syntax Indices), focusing on employment forecasting, economic complexity, and functional labor-market clusters. Prior to that, he was a researcher and lab manager at the Cornell Human Neuroscience Institute focusing on memory and neurodegenerative diseases.
