Esmee is focused on driving top line and productivity improvements through agile operating models.

Esmee joined McKinsey in 2016 in the firm’s Amsterdam office. Prior to this, she worked in a social enterprise focused on quantifying and reducing environmental and social impact in commodity-value chains.
