Roman leads our work in improving economic and education outcomes in the Middle East and Asia. As a partner in our Public Sector Practice, his expertise spans industrial development, localization, regional development, K–12 education, universities, and labor markets.

With public-sector entities, Roman develops comprehensive national strategies and transformations to improve country-level outcomes. These include improvements in GDP, exports, employment rates, and educational test scores.

He also supports education operators and universities in achieving financial sustainability and building new educational businesses and campuses.

Additionally, Roman has worked with nonprofits and NGOs and contributed to global education initiatives in diverse educational contexts.
