Leads performance transformations for financial institutions, across strategy, productivity, digital, and AI

Fadi is a partner in McKinsey’s Dubai office and a senior leader in the Banking Practice. He works with corporate banks to improve performance through productivity transformations enabled by digital and AI.

With over two decades of consulting experience across the Middle East and North America, Fadi has led large-scale transformations for financial institutions—modernizing corporate and risk functions, shaping embedded finance strategies, and driving sustainable commercial growth.

His recent work has delivered substantial cost and productivity gains while helping banks integrate AI into frontline decision-making and enterprise operations.

In addition to his transformation work, he helps clients build lasting digital capabilities, supporting pilots in generative AI, equipping relationship managers with digital tools, and scaling analytics-driven growth programs across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Beyond client work, Fadi contributes to McKinsey’s thought leadership through global webinars on generative AI in banking and practical strategies for boosting productivity. He also mentors consultants and digital experts across the firm.

Before returning to the Middle East, Fadi served clients from McKinsey’s New York office and held leadership roles at other global consulting firms.
