He collaborates closely with members of McKinsey’s global financial services team to help clients formulate and execute growth strategies and drive transformation through the use of digital technologies and AI.

In recent years, he has led numerous engagements aimed at fundamentally enhancing enterprise value for financial institutions. These include supporting the launch of new businesses at major financial institutions, helping Japanese companies create value overseas through global strategy development and governance enhancement, and driving digital transformation by implementing agile operating models within client organizations.
