A partner in McKinsey’s Bengaluru office, Indy is an expert in next-generation operating models. He specializes in designing, negotiating, transitioning, and operationalizing global services programs and has led over 86 global programs for Fortune 250 companies across 28 countries.

Examples of Indy’s recent client work include the following:

  • redesigning the global delivery footprint for a $20 billion bank, including a detailed diagnostic and redesign of its global in-house center footprint and a $150 million cost reset
  • building a comprehensive five-year sourcing strategy for a Fortune 100 fund manager across its application development and maintenance portfolio, core infrastructure, and platforms
  • helping a multinational technology company define its global delivery model across support and engineering functions, migrating from over 40 functionally-aligned centers, to an integrated global hub and spoke model housing more than 80 thousand employees
  • defining the integrated customer experience framework for the global centers of a global freight-forwarding company, helping raise enterprise net promoter score by ten percent and capturing value of over $100 million

Indy holds a Bachelor’s degree in planning and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Prior to McKinsey, he was a partner at one of the world’s largest sourcing advisory firms. He was part of the startup team for the business process outsourcing unit of a major global organization, and held leadership roles at several other industry leaders.
