- leading a comprehensive business transformation for a technology company in the gold and jewelry industry, focusing on digital solutions and new business models
- spearheading a growth transformation for a national dealership in China, enhancing operations and building new business avenues in electric vehicles and auto financing
- executing a strategic transformation for a leading construction company, revitalizing its dealership business and expanding into the mining sector
Outside of McKinsey, Michael has contributed significantly to the community by founding a digital-based eldercare service in Beijing, showcasing his commitment to social impact.
