Meet our Operations colleagues

“As a junior specialist with the Operations Practice, I have leveraged my technological background as a chemical engineer on projects related to energy storage and conversion. McKinsey has given me the opportunity to develop deep functional knowledge and be part of an energizing and global community. If you are interested in learning how McKinsey can support companies transition to more sustainable operations, apply to Women Act!”

Elisabeth Nilsson, Junior specialist, Gothenburg

“Product development and sustainability are two of my greatest passions —and McKinsey is a terrific place for me to help to advance them. In my day to day work, I support clients with their product strategy and how to best manage their R&D teams. Last year, with a non-governmental organization and a tech player, my team developed a perspective on how products can become more circular through artificial intelligence. Apart from a great team experience, I had the chance to learn new tools and methods which I now incorporate in my client work.”

Johanna Beer, Senior associate, Tokyo (former London and Hamburg)
