Meet some of our operations colleagues

“I ask myself every day where I can make a difference in the area of sustainability, not only for my clients, but also for my three kids, to whom I want to leave an intact world. The topic of sustainability is getting a lot of attention right now, not only because of COVID-19 but also because of how consumer behaviour has changed in recent years. It is a pleasure for me to push this important topic and help our clients in the field of operations to actively shape their future.” – Ruth, Senior partner, Berlin

“Climate change and its environmental impact are big challenges for us and for future generations. Since sustainability is very important to me, I was very eager to see how McKinsey & Company supports its clients to tackle these issues by helping them to become more sustainable. The Women Act Event is a great opportunity to get insights into impactful projects, special methods and to receive answers to numerous questions. This and the possibility to talk to various consultants concerning their work convinced me to start at the firm!” – Corinna, Specialist, Munich
I have always been passionate about developing my skills and knowledge in different functions and industries, as well as working in different countries. Working at McKinsey enabled me to combine all these aspects: I supported a wide range of clients in Europe with the development and implementation of their risk or pricing strategy and company transformation. On top of that, I had the chance to work with amazing colleagues with different cultural and educational backgrounds, who challenged and always supported me.” – Laura, Fellow senior associate, Munich
