At the event, you will:

• build on your strengths—work with our consultants in a series of workshops to sharpen your problem-solving skills
• present with impact—learn how to present your findings in a convincing way
• get to know us—meet our LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies, and learn about the various career opportunities that McKinsey offers

Who is eligible?

We would like to get to know students and professionals with up to five years of experience who:

• identify as LGBTQ+ or a LGBTQ+ ally
• speak at least one Central European language: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, or Ukrainian

McKinsey will cover all event related expenses, including travel and accommodation, for individuals selected to attend. Please note that we are only able to cover the cost of travel from within Europe.

Proud Talent is a nonevaluative event. It is an opportunity for you to meet us and learn more about working at McKinsey, build your problem-solving and communications skills, and network with peers. All event applications will be reviewed regardless of the result of any previous applications to McKinsey roles or events.
