Application process

During the McKinsey Canada Leadership Awards application process, you will be asked to complete a short online form. You will be asked to select up to two Canadian offices with which you have a connection or interest in. Our colleagues in these offices will review your application. Independently, if you become interested in applying for an internship or full-time role at McKinsey, you may want to choose an office in a location where you’d like to work.

In August, we will get in touch with you regarding your application. Selected applicants will be invited to a short phone interview so that we can hear more about your experience and accomplishments and so that we can answer any questions you have about McKinsey.

Award recipients will be notified by end of September.

The McKinsey Canada Leadership Awards are just one of our many worldwide programs aimed at helping candidates get to know McKinsey better. Please stay tuned to our social media feeds for more opportunities to connect in the future, subscribe to our careers blog for job alerts, and apply for one of our open roles that’s a better fit for your background, skill set, and experience level.
