E-magine your future

Milan, Italy
May 19-21, 2022

Do you have a passion for solving real, challenging, and meaningful problems? Do you want to deepen your operational skills? A career with McKinsey’s Operations Practice may be the right place for you.

E-magine your future will take place in Milan from May 19-21, 2022. You will participate in operations-related workshops where you will gain new insights into sustainability and hands-on experience in e-mobility. You will have time to connect with consultants from McKinsey’s Operations Practice in Europe and learn how they help improve clients’ operational processes within the areas of manufacturing, procurement, product development, service operations and supply-chain management.

One of the highlights of the event will be a trip to the Vairano Ring, where you will test your talent on a racetrack with the latest e-cars. The Vairano circuit is one of the most important specialist-automotive centers in Europe and features, among other things, new tracks, all of which respect the architectural style of the existing buildings and the landscape of the Lombardy countryside. In parallel, you’ll be given the opportunity to meet varied challenges with trendy, small to medium-sized high-tech electric vehicles, as well.

Participation in all activities is voluntary.

Meet our faculty

“When I decided to join McKinsey, I was sure I would learn a lot of things, but I could not imagine to what extent. Even now, a year and half after joining, I am amazed by the level and variety of expertise I find at the firm. No matter the topic, you will find someone to jump in and help you crack the problem.” – Justine Perel, junior specialist, Lyon

“I got to know McKinsey at a recruiting event right after my graduation. Attending the event gave me the opportunity to learn about the world of consulting work. Five years later, after working for different German carmakers, the curiosity of exploring other industries from a different perspective brought me back to McKinsey. Looking back, after almost three years here, I really can’t count the incredible experiences I have had, the amazing people I’ve met, and the knowledge I’ve gained.” – Lidia Rasulo, associate, Stuttgart

“I applied to McKinsey after participating in a recruiting event. What makes the firm special to me is the blend of people from many backgrounds with different lifestyles and personalities who all share the same motivation and drive to find solutions for the toughest problems.” – Christos Kapellos, senior associate, Munich
