McKinsey Digital would like to offer you an opportunity to apply for the Women’s Internship and Scholarship, a program designed to recognize talent and support women who would like to maximize their potential. The Women’s Internship and Scholarship welcomes students from a broad range of university degrees as they gain firsthand experience in consulting at McKinsey.
The Australia and New Zealand offices are offering a number of internship opportunities and for a select few, the opportunity to also receive a $20,000 scholarship. The internship process is a potential pathway to receiving a full-time business analyst offer upon completion of your studies. You will also be assigned a mentor to help navigate your final year of studies before joining the firm as a business analyst.
Recruitment process
Submit your online application by 10:00 a.m. (AEST), Friday, July 15, 2022. Your application should include your CV, as well as your ATAR, OP, VCE, or SACE scores, and all academic transcripts. Please also indicate your preferred office location: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, or Auckland. To be eligible, you must be a penultimate or pre-penultimate student who self-identifies as a woman, and be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident currently residing in either country.
You will be given three days to complete Solve, our 60-minute gamified digital assessment, which requires no additional preparation and can be completed online.
