Transforming a European retailer across retail, supply chain, category management and finance
We enabled a successful SAP S/4HANA transformation by defining the business vision and operating model, supported by the development of a transformation office and a program academy for skills building.
Transforming a multinational CPG supply chain using SAP Integrated Planning for Supply Chain (SAP IBP)
We reimagined the next-generation operating model through tech-enabled autonomous planning, capability building, agile ways of working, and proven control-tower processes. The program reduced inventory by 27 percent and manual work by 60 percent by consolidating over 100 data sources into one. It also increased the forecast accuracy by six to ten percent and reaction speed by 400 percent.
Establishing a new integrated ERP system with Finance and Human Capital Management in the public sector
We developed an ERP strategy, provided value assurance and project management office support, and helped bring over 50 agencies onto an integrated ERP system, improving transparency and decision making for a public sector client.
