Supports leading companies through large-scale transformations, working to make implementation successful and improve organizational capabilities and mindsets for the long term

Ben is a partner in McKinsey’s Seattle office and a leader of RTS, McKinsey’s group focused on delivering a proven approach to large-scale transformation. He has led multiple programs to support clients in improving their performance by reducing structural costs, expanding their revenue base, optimizing organizational design, and reengineering business processes for success under new or changing market conditions.

Ben advises leading institutions from utilities to private-equity firms and public agencies, working alongside his clients at every stage from initial opportunity identification to implementation. He helps ensure that the full potential of improvements is captured, impact flows to the bottom line, and organizations have the capabilities and mindsets to sustain high performance over the longer term. He has supported major utilities in the US, Canada, and the UK through comprehensive transformations; advised one of the world’s leading mining companies on its recovery program; and conducted due diligence for a number of corporate strategic acquisitions, including guiding execution and building integration plans.

Ben earned his MBA from INSEAD, and holds an MS in finance and a BSBA in finance, economics, and computer science from Washington University in St Louis.
