- helping a logistics company to rapidly reduce cost across a multi-site network in less than six months through a hands-on field and forum approach
- implementing lean principles at a top-tier utility company to improve its customer service operations
- helping a large B2B consumer goods company to reduce purchasing spend across multiple categories through learning and applying design-to-value techniques and supplier negotiations
