Vyacheslav joined McKinsey in 2013.
He has supervised several digital-transformation programs for major energy, mining, and metals companies in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Europe. Vyacheslav has extensive experience in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, transforming production processes, supply chains and corporate cultures, and developing corporate strategies.
Vyacheslav is a member of McKinsey’s global digital work in energy and metals.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Vyacheslav spent over ten years working for several consulting firms on automation and implementation of enterprise resource planning solutions.
