Vlad joined McKinsey in 2013. He leads projects that focus on the accelerated digital transformation of major organizations, including transition to agile operating models, and cross-functional organizational change.
Vlad brings his deep expertise to deliver digital transformations across a wide range of functional topics including the development of product design and management capabilities, transformation of legacy technology platforms, HR management and talent development, and acceleration of support processes.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Vlad worked for Deloitte.
