Tony is an experienced client advisor, people leader, and entrepreneur with 16 years of expertise in building, innovating, and scaling solutions that help clients across the world to deliver successful, large-scale transformation and change programs.
In 2010, he cofounded Wave by McKinsey, the firm’s proprietary program-management platform, and was instrumental in scaling it to become one of our largest, most successful solutions. Wave has been deployed at over 1,000 organizations globally, helping clients to successfully execute a range of programs including rapid turnarounds, strategy executions, and post-merger integrations, as well as digital and operations transformations.
Tony leads high-performance global teams that help organizations deliver holistic and sustainable impact in transformations, and he brings data-backed insights on transformation best practices to ensure clients can optimize the planning and delivery of each phase of the program.
