Tony is president of McKinsey US Government, overseeing all of McKinsey’s work with US federal, state, and local governments.
Tony has nearly 20 years of experience helping government leaders improve mission outcomes, increase trust, boost customer and employee experience, and reduce costs. He has led multiple large-scale transformations that set an agency’s strategy, rewired operations, deployed tech and AI responsibly, and built front-line capabilities.
Previously, Tony led McKinsey’s global public-sector customer experience team, championing groundbreaking research and pioneering a journey-based approach to discover new insights on what matters to citizens.
Tony and his family live in Maryland, where he serves as a trustee of Washington Episcopal School.
