Tomas leads McKinsey’s Prague Center, a key part of the firm’s Central Europe region and a hub for technology and services teams within McKinsey’s global network. Since taking on the role in 2017, he has shaped a collaborative and inclusive community while strengthening the center’s contribution to colleagues globally.
His work spans people leadership, talent development, and the operations of a growing technology-focused center. Tomas has overseen improvements in how teams collaborate, how the center develops its capabilities, and how colleagues experience life in the hub. He also supports initiatives that bring emerging technologies—including applied AI—closer to teams in Prague, helping position the center at the forefront of digital adoption across the firm.
Before joining McKinsey, Tomas spent nearly two decades in senior technology and operations roles in the telecommunications sector, where he led global service-management organizations and established new IT services centers. He brings experience across service operations, organizational leadership, financial management, and large-scale technology delivery.
