As a front-figure in the North-European digital and design industry, Stina brings more than 20 years of experience to McKinsey’s work in this sector.

Stina is a creative leader passionate for design thinking and innovation; she is skilled in digital design strategy, experience design, innovation curation, creating new businesses and opportunities.

Since joining the firm in 2019 she has been driving digital transformations and experience strategy, and is currently a design leader of Leap by McKinsey in the Nordic countries.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, she has supported companies in returning safely to business and building for the upcoming years, running the effort with the ‘safe’ and ‘next experiences’ design approach.

Stina is a former member of the boards of Troperty, ToFindOut, Essen International, and TNG. She was also an educator at the Digital Management MA Program at Hyper Island and a work-group member at the IVA Digitalization for increase competitiveness project.
