With over 25 years of experience at McKinsey, he specializes in logistics optimization, lean warehousing, and supply chain transformations. Raoul leads DELIVER warehouse diagnostic work, focusing on improving end-to-end supply chains and implementing innovative warehouse automation solutions and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Raoul's recent client engagements include:
- launching a digital factory logistics transformation at a consumer factory, implementing automated guided vehicles (AGV) and other digital tools to improve operations
- providing warehouse design expertise for the construction of a $300M+ distribution center with a focus on delivering a short consistent lead time and managing to double growth
- optimizing a chemical factory’s logistics operations, including container yard management
- designing the future operating system for the logistics within a manufacturing site, focusing on site logistics as well as intrasite rail and truck

During his time in the US, he was a guest lecturer at Stanford University on the topic of lean manufacturing and supply chain for six years. He also has lectured on those topics at EM Lyon Business School.
