With over 17 years of interim management experience, he specializes in assuming C-suite roles for clients who are restructuring or undergoing turnarounds or transformations.

Recent examples of Olivier’s client work include the following:

  • supporting a step-change performance improvement in the wholesale business for a Western European telecom operator
  • serving as chief transformation officer (CTO) for a large telecom operator in Africa, and improving profitability by more than 20 percent through top-line growth and cost savings
  • supporting a global logistics company, in the role of CTO, in an effort to reduce costs by 15 percent in 9 months
  • helping a global telecommunications company reduce operating expenses, capital expenditures, and working capital by 15 percent, while planning for revenue and margin growth in advance of a 4G rollout
  • serving as CTO for the service division of a global technology firm and lowering costs, while improving productivity

Before joining McKinsey in 2013, Olivier held senior roles at Arvato Bertelsmann, Philips International, and Redesign Partners. Olivier is fluent in Dutch, English, French, German, and Spanish.
