About Olga

Olga has more than 15 years of industry experience in the operational-excellence, digital, and change-management functional areas. She focuses on serving financial institutions and service organizations in designing and implementing large-scale transformations.

Olga partners with companies—from executives to the back office—throughout their entire transformation journey. She helps them to restructure their organizations, design and implement digital strategies, optimize operational processes, build skills and knowledge, and measure and manage performance. Olga is experienced in designing and driving change—from recommendations to results—and building new capabilities at all levels of the organization to ensure sustainability of the transformation.

Examples of her recent client work include the following:

  • helping a global financial-services organization to design and implement a full-scale transformation, including changing the operating model, organizational structure, and pricing strategy; implementing productivity initiatives; and building change delivery processes and digital labs to enable change at scale
  • supporting a large building society in designing and implementing an agile at-scale operating model to deliver almost $4 million in cost savings in 3 years, including designing and implementing digital processes, an agile capability program, and an integrated governance model
  • helping a large European private bank to secure more than $35 million in cost savings across core processes, designing digital and process interventions, and establishing a capable delivery team
  • leading the design and implementation of an end-to-end digitization program for customer journeys for a large international bank

Prior to joining McKinsey, Olga held a number of senior positions in large corporations in the energy sector. In these roles, she helped build a quality-assurance platform for multiple businesses across the globe, led the design and delivery of a transformation program across three manufacturing sites, drove sales through the development of new products and business channels, and was responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of complex drilling projects in an entire region.

Olga is an agile and lean practitioner and holds Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma black-belt certifications.
