  • Creating a spare-parts distributor’s state-of-the-art, dynamic pricing approach that updates prices in real time and is self-learning, leading to a 1.5 percentage-point margin improvement in pilot markets and global rollout
  • Deploying a global specialty-chemical company’s full suite of pricing tools that integrated with the enterprise-resource-planning system to enable a new, dynamic value-pricing approach that combines advanced analytics with traditional, next-best-alternative value pricing, creating a more than 5 percent margin improvement in its first year
  • Implementing an Asian state-owned company’s price-performance-management solution for use by more than 500 sales reps to manage their accounts’ price performance, delivering substantial margin impact
