  • creating a post-acute and ambulatory strategy for a large, national healthcare provider, focused on growth, partnerships, and portfolio rationalization
  • designing a physician alignment and population health strategy for a large regional healthcare provider, focused on Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN), narrow network products, and utilization management capabilities
