He focuses on digital and analytics strategy, build, adoption and scale, organizational change, and leadership as a part of driving enterprise-wide transformational change to power differentiation for decades.

Mac is passionate about unlocking greatness within his clients by instilling confidence in team members to believe in themselves and each other, creating high-performing team environments, and helping them set industry-shaping goals.

His recent client work includes:

  • driving an at-scale digital and analytics transformation for a leading North American property and casualty carrier, driving national adoption and scale across a suite of transformative digital and analytics solutions

In addition to his client work, Mac devotes time to developing the next generation of leaders by mentoring numerous colleagues and leading innovation in modernizing the way organizations work.

Formerly a professional hockey player, Mac’s life centers around his wife and two daughters. He is actively involved in many local community and Canadian not-for-profit organizations and charities.
