Luca is a partner in McKinsey’s Milan office and the sector leader of the Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure Practice in our Mediterranean complex. He specializes in helping clients design and deliver strategic plans and large-scale transformation programs.

Luca works with leading infrastructure operators across Italy and Europe, supporting them in navigating periods of uncertainty and change. His work spans the development of strategic and business plans, as well as the execution of transformation programs aimed at improving performance—particularly across operations and new ways of working.

Prior to joining McKinsey in 2012, Luca worked at a multinational consumer goods company. He holds a master’s degree in management engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and an MBA from HKUST in Hong Kong, with a focus on finance.
