Lorraine is a leader in McKinsey’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Practice based in Singapore. She has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and ICT sectors, advising organizations across the digital infrastructure value chain—including telecom and data center operators, investors, and regulators—in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa on growth, corporate, and portfolio strategy.

Her expertise spans towers, fiber, data centers, subsea cables, and mobile networks, technologies and spectrum. She is passionate about ensuring that the basic telecommunications and digital infrastructure that enable us to connect, live, learn, work, and play are built and operated in a ubiquitous, robust, environmentally and financially sustainable manner.

Lorraine holds a PhD in telecoms regulation (political science and Southeast Asian studies) from the Australian National University.
