Kevin is a partner in McKinsey’s Hong Kong office and a core leader in the firm’s Transformation Practice, specializing in multiyear digital transformations.
In his client work, Kevin works closely with large-scale enterprises, the majority of which are in the high-tech and advanced industry sector, to drive profitability step changes in revenue and cost. This is unlocked and sustained through an end-to-end redefinition of core processes, leveraging the full potential of digital and AI. He also advises client companies on a range of issues across enterprise value, strategy, finance, and talent.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Kevin spent nearly a decade in finance based out of Hong Kong, mainly working on cross-border deals. Raised across five cities, Kevin is fluent in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
