Henri, coleader of McKinsey’s asset management practice in North America, has advised leading asset managers, private markets managers and institutional investors—particularly large pensions and insurers—on topics related to growth strategy, product development, sales and distribution, M&A, and organizational capability building for over a decade.

His focus has been helping large and global investment firms build unique sources of differentiation and design next-generation platforms. In addition, he spends a significant amount of time exploring opportunities for clients at the intersection of insurance and asset management.
