Gennate is an associate partner in McKinsey’s Casablanca office who works with government agencies and public institutions in Africa to design and implement strategies that foster investment attraction and drive economic growth. She is also involved with private-sector companies to assist with change management and operating model transformations.

Some of Gennate’s recent client work includes the following:

  • supporting numerous agencies across Africa in the design and implementation of comprehensive economic and social transformation programs to drive growth, inclusiveness, and resilience
  • supporting government and public institutions in investment attraction for specific areas such as public-private partnership strategies, economic modeling, and investment promotion governance
  • supporting operating model transformations for private-sector groups across Africa in areas like post-merger, growth strategies, change management programs, and talent management strategies

Prior to joining McKinsey, Gennate worked as a project manager in a global consulting firm in Paris and Singapore. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion topics, and is involved with multiple local organizations to raise awareness on these subjects.
