Frédéric is a partner at McKinsey’s Zurich office. He leads the capital productivity and infrastructure activity within the Operations Practice in Switzerland. Specializing in infrastructure, he works mainly with industrial, transport, and public sector companies worldwide. His areas of expertise include the operational and strategic transformation of companies and complex construction projects.
Frédéric advises companies throughout the project value chain, from the choice of investment, through design and contracting, to the execution of the project and maintenance of assets.
Prior to joining the Zurich office, Frédéric spent time in McKinsey’s Paris, Montreal, and Amsterdam offices. He joined the firm in 2011 after working in construction-engineering project management in the mining and metals division of a global professional services company in Canada and in the Middle East.
He holds an MBA from HEC Montreal.
