He also advises clients in the Aerospace & Defense and Machinery sectors, providing expertise in Aftermarket & Services. Filippo helps define comprehensive performance improvement programs, ranging from the development of new services to the optimization of operations, utilizing advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
Before joining McKinsey in 2013, Filippo earned a degree in Naval Engineering from the University of Genoa in 2010 and completed an MBA at INSEAD in Singapore in 2015.
