Dhruv is a partner at McKinsey’s New York office, where he co-leads the North American Healthcare Services and Healthcare Insights Practices. Dhruv’s primary focus is on driving growth in healthcare through technology and services, particularly in the pharmacy, provider, and payer sectors. He works closely with senior leadership teams to implement growth-focused transformations and build capabilities that enhance patient experiences and simplify healthcare delivery.
Dhruv’s recent client work includes:
- leading growth-focused transformations for several large healthcare organizations, including two public market exits, and mobilizing frontline staff in pricing, sales, revenue cycle, and capability building efforts to sustain double-digit growth trajectories
- leading a pharmacy transformation that increased enterprise valuation by implementing capability-building programs, designing and operating an analytics-enabled central transformation office, and building operations capabilities to support sustained growth
- leading multiyear M&A growth strategies across provider services and specialty pharmacy, directing diligence, growth strategy, scale-up planning, and operational efforts across multiple rollups
Before joining McKinsey, Dhruv worked as an assistant manager in operations at ITC Ltd, India’s largest consumer goods conglomerate, where he was recognized for setting up new factory operations and achieving efficiency gains.
