Helps provider clients transform through digital enablement, artificial intelligence, and automation, shaping the healthcare provider of the future

About David

David is a leader in McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems & Services Practice and works with a wide range of healthcare providers and digital-health companies.

David is passionate about leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformations within his clients, with “everything on the table”—including growth strategy, patient experience, care quality, cost, and digital transformation. He has led major transformations across clients ranging from leading academic medical centers and children’s hospitals to not-for-profit regional health systems to national, for-profit health systems.

Examples of his recent client work include the following:

  • helping a leading US retailer build a digital-health and -wellness business through data, analytics, and patient engagement
  • leading the transformations of multiple community hospitals within a top-tier, regional academic health system
  • driving a comprehensive transformation of a regional healthcare provider’s operations and growth
  • supporting a US state in restructuring its care-delivery model for rural, acute healthcare
