David is a leader in McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems & Services Practice and works with a wide range of healthcare providers and digital-health companies.
David is passionate about leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformations within his clients, with “everything on the table”—including growth strategy, patient experience, care quality, cost, and digital transformation. He has led major transformations across clients ranging from leading academic medical centers and children’s hospitals to not-for-profit regional health systems to national, for-profit health systems.
A core leader of McKinsey’s digital-healthcare work, David is helping pioneer the firm’s perspective on the hospital of the future, transformed through digital enablement, artificial intelligence, and automation.
