With over 15 years of management consulting experience, Daniel specializes in operations, capital excellence, procurement, and product development topics, helping clients optimize their overall supply chain strategy and performance.
Examples of Daniel’s recent client work include:
- building and scaling an agentic and gen AI sourcing solution for a leader in high-tech
- leading a holistic partnership project for a semiconductor capex greenfield build and to transform the organization across planning, procurement, cost optimization, and execution
- transforming the procurement, logistics, and service functions of an electronics company through a Design-to-Value (DtV) approach and by establishing a best-in-class organization, achieving a 30 percent cost reduction
- spearheading the decarbonization strategy and roadmap design for a leading US semiconductor player, including energy strategy and negotiations
- leading merger strategy and execution for a major high-tech company
- leading the scale-up strategy and operations roadmap, helping secure a valuation exceeding $1 billion for a cleantech company
Before joining McKinsey in Sweden in 2011, Daniel gained extensive experience in Europe, focusing on industrial engineering and management. Daniel joined the Silicon Valley office in 2014 and has since worked globally across the United States, the European Union, and Asia. Outside of McKinsey, Daniel is passionate about advancing sustainable practices in the tech industry.
